How do I secure my date?
A non-refundable deposit is required to book. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before your event.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. The deposit is what holds your date.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, one complimentary reschedule is allowed based on availability. If the new date is not available, your deposit is credited toward a future booking within 6 months.
What is your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event require full payment of the remaining balance.
Setup, timing, and overtime?
Setup begins up to 1 hour before your start time. Early setup may be arranged for a fee. Additional time beyond your booking is $150 per 30 minutes.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Milwaukee, WI. A travel fee applies for events more than 12 miles away. Tell us your venue and we will confirm.
Outdoor events and weather?
Outdoor events must have a covered area. If weather damages the equipment, the event ends with no refund, so a backup covered space matters.
Can I opt out of social media?
Yes. By booking, photos and videos may be used for marketing and portfolio unless you request no social media in writing. Just let us know.
